When a home has a broad range of household goods, an in-person estate sale makes sense, and we run the whole event from staging through cleanup.

When a home has higher-value or collectible pieces, our CT Bids online auctions reach a national audience of buyers who bid against each other, which drives prices up instead of down. We typically sell at least 95% of what we list. CT Bids is Caring Transitions' proprietary platform, so it isn't something a standalone estate company can offer.

Full home cleanout services

Once the sale is done and the family has taken what they want, we clear the rest. A full home cleanout can stand alone or fold into a larger transition plan. We recognize that a household of memories holds a lot of value, so anything that doesn't sell gets donated to local organizations, never dumped.
